1¡¢Types£º

Arch Wire of Super-Elastic Type
As ideal orthodontic material, NiTi Arch Wire has good superelasticity
which can meet clinic requirement for low rigidity and high
elasticity. Compared with stainless steel, it is characterized
by less residual deformation and higher recovery force that
is both gentle and retentive. It shows remarkable curative
effect in treating open bite, crossbite teeth, torsion and
crowding, bringing the therapeutic period down by 50¡«75%.

Arch Wire of Heat Activated Type
This type of arch wire is featured by higher phase transformation
temperature and hence low rigidity at room temperature. Unlike
the super-elastic arch wire, it is easily deformed to high
curvature before deployment. The specifications are similar
to those for the super-elastic type.

Arch wire of Reverse Curve Type (RCS)
Super-elastic NiTi Arch wire of Reverse Curve Type provides
a consistent gentle force without over correction and patient
trauma. It is suitable for opening even deep overbite.

Close or Open Spring
As a new kind of orthodontic device, NiTi close or open springs
are featured by the unique superelasticity. They are suitable
for orthodontic operations, especially for pulling cuspids
together or pushing teeth away. Compared with springs made
of stainless steel, they have less residual deformation and
higher but still gentle and retentive recovery force.
5£©NiTi Round Wire
The orthodontic products above are all processed and
stereotyped from the round wires. We also provide as-manufactured
round wires at the disposition of various clinicians.
2¡¢Comparison between arch wires in
different materials£º
The materials of Arch wires are mainly Co-Cr alloy, stainless
steel, work-hardening TiNi alloy, TiNi alloy. The following
figure compares the load-deformation curves of several materials.

The table below compares the 90 degree bending tests of several
materials.
