Specifications The Internal Stent Delivery Device

1¡¢Esophageal and Anastomic Stents
Features£º
1£©Esophageal and anastomotic stents in NiTi SMA have excellent biocompatibility, corrosion resistance, unique shape memory specialty and superelasticity. The stent can be easily deformed at lower temperature(0¡æ¡«10¡æ) to insert in the esophageal stent delivery device. Being led to the predetermined position and put out at standard body temperature, the stent recovers its original shape and exerts a retentive and gentle force on the internal wall of the esophagus, which makes the narrow position recover patency.
2£©The stent has superelasticity at body temperature. It can wriggle along with the duct to accommodate normal esophageal peristalsis and keep the duct unobstructed.
3£©The stent do not damage the internal wall of esophagus with two arcs in both ends, its two flared ends keep close to the internal wall of esophagus to prevent stent from moving. The operation is easy and the curative effect is good.
4£©The Coated Esophageal Stent is covered with medical silicon membrane to prevent esophageal wall from granulation in-growth and prevent food and gastric juice from retrogression.
Indication:
Indicated for patients who are not suitable for operation, such as patients who are suffering from esophagus and cardia cancer, from esophagus stricture caused by chemical cauterization or other reasons, from anastomotic stricture that can not be recovered after several expanding operations, and patients who are suffering from tumours recurrence.
Precautions:
1£©It must be operated by skilled doctors.
2£©Case details should be inspected and prescribed before selection of suitable specification
3£©Patients should chew and swallow foods carefully after stent deployment, refraining from cold drinks, viscid foods and hard foods which may cause stent migration.
4£©If stricture recurrence happens, hard expanding devices should not be used in expandable cure.

2¡¢Tracheal Stents
Features:
1) NiTi SMA tracheal stents are characterized by their excellent biocompatibility, corrosion resistance, unique shape memory effect and superelasticity. The stent is in soft status at lower temperature (0¡æ¡«10¡æ) and can be deformed so as to be inserted into the delivery device. After deployment at site, the stent recovers its original shape and exerts a retentive and gentle force on the internal wall of the trachea, which makes the narrow position recover patency. Its radial supporting force is over 8N.
2) The stent has superelasticity at body temperature. It can wriggle along with the duct to accommodate normal trachea peristalsis and keep the duct patent.
3) The stent does not damage the internal wall of trachea with two arcs in both ends. The operation is easy, simple and the curative effect is good.
Indications:
Indicated for the patients who are not suitable for operation, such as patients whose trachea is narrow at developed stage of lung cancer, aged patients and others who are too weak to accept operations.
Precaution:
It must be operated by skilled doctors.

3¡¢Urethra-Prostate Stents
Features:
NiTi SMA urethra-prostate stents are characterized by their biocompatibility, corrosion resistance, unique shape memory effect and superelasticity. The stent is in soft status at lower temperature (0¡æ¡«10¡æ) and can be deformed so as to be inserted into the delivery device. Being led to the predetermined position and located at body temperature, the stent recovers its original shape and exerts a retentive and gentle force on the internal wall of the urethra-prostate, which makes the narrow position recover patency. The internal stent clings to the wall of urethra-prostate closely, makes mucous membrane embedded, promotes epithelium covering and prevents calculus from growing.
Indications:
Indicated for patients who are suffering from prostatic hyperplasia and some patients who are suffering from lower urethral stricture.
Precautions:
1) It must be operated by skilled doctors.
2) In case of acute urinary infection, the infection should be controlled before stent delivery.

4¡¢Biliary Stents
Features:
1) Biliary stents in NiTi SMA are characterized by their excellent biocompatibility, corrosion resistance , unique shape memory effect and superelasticity. The internal stents are in soft status at lower temperature (0¡æ¡«10¡æ) and can be deformed so as to be inserted into the delivery device. Being led to the predetermined position and located at body temperature, the stents recover their original shape and exerts a retentive and gentle force on the internal wall of the bile duct, making the narrow position recover patency. Its radial supporting force is over 6N.
2) The internal stents have superelasticity at body temperature. They can wriggle along with the duct to accommodate normal biliary peristalsis and keep the duct unobstructed.
3) The internal stent do not damage the internal wall of trachea with two arcs in both ends. The operation is easy and the curative effect is good.
Indication:
Indicated for patients curing biliary obstruction or stricture caused by various kinds of malignant pathological changes.
Precautions:
The stent should not be used in strictures caused by benign tumor growth.
